The OMCC will offer 142,000 square feet of flexible rental units ranging from 222 - 5000 square feet in size, including 2 story daylight atriums, locker rooms and bike storage, common space, and full building infrastructure upgrades. Using Historical-Adaptive design and construction, the modern amenities are integrated with the original materials and unique architectural spaces that make this building a gem of Portland's history.
